So, I was very lucky to have a week escape from the office.

Thanks to Tomahawk friends yg membuat salah satu bucket list gw jd kenyataan: mendaki salah satu gunung tertinggi di Indonesia dan mengalahkan acrophobia (takut akan ketinggian) gw.

So I list of some essential things that we got from the journey:

1.
Rinjani is one of the hardest mountain to be climb up in Indonesia
We spent 5 days isolated in the mountain. Each day we crash our feet kira2 5-7 jam lah. Dengan jalur yg sangat Menantang!!!

Life is like climbing a mountain. It’s damn hard but has a good view….

For the first time gw boker pake Tisu Basah…. oooowhh will be awkward for the first time but lama kelamaan it feels natural dan sangat sangat sangat menyenangkan….

4.
For the first time selama 5 hari gw mandi lagi2 dgn tisu basah.. so simple and fun

So, gw akan cium pencipta tisu basah.. thank you man… you’ve invented very brilliant thing!

6.
But apa yg paling menakjubkan dan mengharukan?
- 6.1. Solat Subuh di puncak rinjani
- 6.2. Boker 50 m dr puncak karena saking dinginnya
- 6.3. Solat di tepi danau Segara Anakan, hanya 500m dari gunung yg masih memuntahkan letusan
vulkanik

Now I’ll speak about Gilis.

Gilis islands consist of 3 islands (Gili Air, Gili Meno, and Gili Trawangan) in the north of Lombok.

Gilis can be reach 30 minutes away by boat from pelabuhan Bangsal di utara Lombok. We can choose public boat, sekali perjalanan ke Gili 20-30 rb aja.

Herewith some facts about Gilis:

1.
They have really white sands

2.
There’s no vehicle with machine. Yang ada hanya sepeda dan delman.

3.
95% dr turis adalah expat. 5% Indonesia

4.
Orang Indonesia pilihannya dua: jadi penduduk lokal, or jadi pelayan cafe =p

5.
It’s totally right place if you’ve been fed up enough with the hectic Bali. Orang2 ke gili mencari kedamaian dan suasana yg sepi.

6.
But in the night Gilis transform to become Legian with village atmosphere. Boulevardnya mirip Kuta/Legian dgn konsep yg lebih ndeso.

7.
I was successfully tanned. Like it! Mataharinya sangat memancar…

8.
It has beautiful snorkelling spot. But frankly masih kalah sama Derawan or Bunaken.

9.
And last thing… Nude beach where we can see topless ladies is a bullshit.. gw ga liat tuh… sebel… X (

Really guys, it was really worth it. You gotta go there, they’re waiting for you..
